Accessibility Statement for Flush Down, LLC
Flush Down, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone. We want every person who visits the Flush Down website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding, and we strive to meet and exceed the recommendations stated in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1998.
To help us make the Flush Down website a positive place for everyone, we’ve been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, more compatible with assistive technology, and more user friendly for everyone.
The WCAG guidelines have three levels of accessibility: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. We’ve chosen Level AA as the target goal for the Lemi Shine website. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards as we are able.
Third Party Exceptions
There are some areas of our website, provided by third party vendors, that may not always be accessible or usable for everyone equally, as the code deployed to our website from these vendors can change at any time without our knowledge.
We understand that all areas should attain the standards set by WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines, and if such a matter is brought to our attention, we will update those affected areas as soon as it is possible for us to do so.
